CII’s women wing launches 4th cohort of EVEmpower

Hyderabad: CII’s Indian Women Network (IWN) Southern Region announces the launch of fourth cohort of ‘EVEmpower’ – Leadership Mentoring Programme for 2023-24. This is a cross-company programme aimed to support women leaders in their growth, by assigning them mentors for duration of 6-7 months starting August 2023. This programme is covering Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana and Puducherry. The mentor-mentees would participate in structured monthly meetings of 60-90 minutes and work on the goals that are important for the mentees and agreed upon as part of the mentoring journey. The process culminates in March 2024, where the mentor-mentees are felicitated.
